基于文献的桂花化学成分及药理作用研究现状分析

Analysis of the research status of Osmanthus fragrans Lour. in chemical constituents and pharmacological actions based on literature

目的系统分析桂花的化学成分及药理作用研究现状,提出以后桂花在药用研究方面的侧重点。方法查阅相关文献进行总结与分析。结果桂花的化学成分复杂,含有多种对人体有益的物质,药理作用广且无明显毒副作用。目前的药学研究多集中在降血糖、抗氧化、清除自由基、抗炎等方面。结论传统中医认为桂花具有广阔的药理作用,但现代研究对此关注较少,为未来桂花的研究提供了新的方向,提示桂花极具开发潜能。

Objective To systematically analysis the research status of Osmanthus fragrans Lour. in chemical constituents and pharmacological actions and to propose the focus in the following pharmaceutical research. Methods Consult the related literature to make a summary. Results Osrnanthus fragrans Lout. has complicated chemical constituents, including lots of beneficial materials for human beings. It also has wide pharmacological actions without obvious side effects. Currently pharmaceutical research was mainly focused on lowering the blood sugar, anti-oxidation, remove free radicals, anti inflammatory and other aspects. Conclusion It has been accepted by traditional Chinese medicine that Osmanthus fragrans Lout. has wide pharmacological actions, but there is little concern with this in today＇s research. This gives a new direction for the future research and indicates that Osmanthus fragrans Lout. has great development potential.
