关于毕节试验区高等教育国际化的思考

Thinking on Globalization of Higher Education in Bijie Experimental Region

在全球化深入发展的今天,作为中国高等教育重要组成部分的毕节试验区高等教育同样也面临高等教育国际化带来的挑战。包括高等教育发展滞后等因素在内的毕节试验区的特殊区情决定了试验区高等教育国际化具有紧迫性和重要性的特点;在国际化内涵上则体现为前瞻性、长期性和高效性。破解试验区高等教育国际化发展滞后的难题,关键在于要正确理解国际化的内涵,强化师生的国际化意识,加大财力投入和创新试验区的高校国际化管理体制。

In an increasingly globalizing era, the higher education in Bijie experimental region, a component of the whole higher education of China, also has to face the challenges brought by globalization. The comprehensive specific of Bijie experimental region, such as its history, geological position and lag in development, determines it urgent and vital to accelerate globalizing process. The connotation of globalization indicates that fully understanding of globalization of Bijie experimental region requires a clear and predicative concept of higher education globalization, a long-term implementation of globalization policies and measures as well focus on its efficiency. To meet the demand of globalization of Bijie experimental region, it is suggested that higher education institutes in BEDP strengthen facalty and students＇ awareness, increase financial support and innovate management institution and policies.
