纽扣钢板技术配合伤科消肿止痛膏治疗下胫腓联合损伤

摘要 踝部骨折常伴有下胫腓联合损伤。目前临床上“标准”的术式是采用单螺钉固定腓骨、胫骨的三层皮质骨来治疗下胫腓联合损伤，以期满足固定受到损伤的下胫腓联合、又能适当微动的要求。
