摘要
目的探讨运用三磷酸腺苷发光法区分结核分枝杆菌与非结核分枝杆菌的可行性。方法用不同PNB浓度的培养液分别对标准人型分枝杆菌和堪萨斯分枝杆菌进行检测,根据结果选择合适的PNB浓度界值,然后运用传统L-J法和三磷酸腺苷发光法对55例临床标本同时进行检测,并对结果比较。结果 (1)三磷酸腺苷发光法结果的准确率为98.2%,比L-J PNB法的96.4%略高。(2)三磷酸腺苷发光法的检测时间只需6.16±1.62天,比传统L-J方法的17.87±5.73天快了很多,两者比较有统计学差异(P<0.001)。结论三磷酸腺苷发光法鉴定非结核分枝杆菌快速准确且操作简便,在实验室诊断应用上存在巨大的潜力。
Objective To investigate the application of ATP bioluminescence assay in distinguishing between Mycobacterium tuberculosis and non-tuberculous mycobacterial.Methods Selecting the suitable concentration of PNB from the result of the experimental study which detection H37Rv and Kansas with different concentrations of PNB,Then using both of L-J method and ATP bioluminescence assay to detection 55 clinical isolated strains and comparison of results.Results(1) The accuracy rate of ATP bioluminescence assay was 98.2%,slightly higher than L-J method(96.4%).(2) The average reporting time of ATP bioluminescence assay was 6.16 days,which was shorter and statistically significant difference in compared with the L-J method(P0.001).Conclusion ATP bioluminescence assay in distinguishing between Mycobacterium tuberculosis and non-tuberculous mycobacterial was quick、accurate and easy to operate,had enormous potential in laboratory diagnosis.
