乳腺癌前哨淋巴结活检的临床意义 被引量：5

摘要 乳腺癌前哨淋巴结（Sentinel lymph node,SLN）是最早接受肿瘤区域内淋巴引流和发生肿瘤转移的第一站淋巴结,若此淋巴结没有转移,其他淋巴结出现转移的几率就很小,估计在5%或更低。通过前哨淋巴结活检来预测腋窝淋巴结（axillarylymph node,ALN）是否有转移,避免了没有转移的腋窝淋巴结的手术清扫,减少术后患肢淋巴回流障碍性水肿,减少了患肢疼痛等并发症,
