血管周上皮样细胞肿瘤的研究进展 被引量：5

摘要 血管周上皮样细胞肿瘤（PEComas）是一组来源于间叶组织,但是具体发病机制不明,临床病例少见一组疾病。目前大部分报道的PEComa属于良性肿瘤的范畴,恶性病例少见。2005年Folpe等[1]将PEComas分为良性、恶性潜能未定及恶性。良性需满足的条件是肿瘤直径小于5cm,非浸润性生长,无高的核分化和细胞高密度,核分裂像小于1个/50个HPF,无坏死,无血管侵犯。
