泛素-蛋白酶体系统的不对称分离与T细胞命运决定
摘要
在干细胞的不对称分裂中,母细胞分裂成为具有不同命运的两个子细胞[1]。在这个过程中,关键的命运决定因子定位在分裂细胞的一极,并引起两个子细胞获得不同数量的关键决定因子。在果蝇(Drosophila)的神经元干细胞中,转录因子Prospero作为终末分化和自我更新的开关[1]。
