工程管理专业实践教学改革探析

实践教学是达成工程管理专业的培养目标、提升学生专业能力与综合素质、提高教学质量的关键。调查发现,工程管理专业实习存在认识实习不到位、实验教学环节薄弱、教师实践能力不够、实践课程学时和学分偏少、实践教学投入不足、教学设施和基地不健全等问题。为此,应建立教学实验室,提升学生的实践动手能力;加强认识实习,完善实践教学基地,提高学生的认知能力;改革实践教学师资队伍,提高实践教学水平;重视实践教学环节,改革实践教学方法;调整实践教学课程结构,适当增加实践课程的课时量。

Therefore, some measures should be take up. Should establish teaching laboratory, improve the prac- tical ability of students; Strengthen cognition practice, improve practice teaching base, improve the cognitive ability of students; Reform the practice teaching teachers, improve the level of practice teaching; Emphasis on practice teaching link, the reform of practice teaching methods; Adjust the structure of practice teaching courses, increasing practice course of the lesson.
