摘要
实践教学是达成工程管理专业的培养目标、提升学生专业能力与综合素质、提高教学质量的关键。调查发现,工程管理专业实习存在认识实习不到位、实验教学环节薄弱、教师实践能力不够、实践课程学时和学分偏少、实践教学投入不足、教学设施和基地不健全等问题。为此,应建立教学实验室,提升学生的实践动手能力;加强认识实习,完善实践教学基地,提高学生的认知能力;改革实践教学师资队伍,提高实践教学水平;重视实践教学环节,改革实践教学方法;调整实践教学课程结构,适当增加实践课程的课时量。
Practice teaching is the key of training objectives, improving studentsj ability and the comprehensive quality, improving the teaching quality. Survey found the engineering management professional practice exist some problems, fox example, cognition practice does not reach the designated position, weak experimental teaching and teachers'practical a- bility is not enough, the fewer practice course, inadequate teaching practice, teaching facilities and the base is not sound, and so on. Therefore, some measures should be take up. Should establish teaching laboratory, improve the prac- tical ability of students; Strengthen cognition practice, improve practice teaching base, improve the cognitive ability of students; Reform the practice teaching teachers, improve the level of practice teaching; Emphasis on practice teaching link, the reform of practice teaching methods; Adjust the structure of practice teaching courses, increasing practice course of the lesson.
