摘要
为保障八一井的正常安全生产,需要对八一井运输大巷和车场绕道进行修复加固.通过观测巷道围岩变形,分析巷道碹体破坏情况和围岩失稳机理.提出了2种支护方案:一是"U"型钢架棚支护;二是锚、网、喷和锚索联合支护.对2种支护方案进行技术经济对比,得到本工程采用方案二,可以取得更为优越的技术经济效果.工程实践表明锚、网、喷和锚索联合支护技术能有效的改善围岩受力状况,具有良好的支护效果,既降低成本又缩短工期.
In order to ensure the security of Bayi Coal of the transport alleys and yard bypass need to be repaired Mine' s regular production, the damaged surrounding rocks and reinforced. By observing the deformation of surrounding rock, this paper analyzes the roadway building blocks damage supporting schemes are proposed, i.e. the first scheme is U - and instability mechanism of surrounding rock. Two shaped steel frame shed support method, and the second scheme is the combined support with anchor, net, spray and anchor cable. By comparing the two kinds of supporting schemes in technology and economy, we can draw the conclusion that the second scheme is better for us to achieve technical and economic effects. Engineering practice shows that the combined support with anchor, net, spray and anchor cable can improve the force condition of the surrounding rocks effectively, achieve good supporting effects, shorten engineering time and reduce the cost of engineering.
