摘要
为了研究泡沫陶瓷抑制瓦斯爆炸的机理,通过探讨分析在泡沫陶瓷结构中瓦斯爆炸过程中发生的断链反应和自由基销毁,利用超景深三维数码显微系统对泡沫陶瓷结构进行了显微测试和分析,且结合瓦斯爆炸链反应和器壁效应等理论,量化研究了瓦斯爆炸反应与泡沫陶瓷结构发生的器壁效应.结果表明,泡沫陶瓷特殊的三维网格结构有利于瓦斯爆炸反应自由基的销毁,致使爆炸反应因断链而终止,从而抑制瓦斯爆炸的传播.
In order to reveal the mechanism of gas .explosion suppressed by foam ceramics, through the analysis of chain scission reaction and free radical destruction in the process of gas explosion, ultra - depth three - dimensional microscope VHX - 600 is applied to measure and analyze the micro - structure of foam ceramics. Then combining with the theory of gas explosion chain reaction and wall effect, gas explosion reaction and foam ceramics structure wall effect are quantified. Results show the special three - dimensional mesh structure of ceramic foam is beneficial to destroy free radicals in gas explosion reaction, chain scission of gas explosion reaction can be terminated, and gas explosion propagation can be suppressed.
