摘要
154T直流自卸车原有微机励磁控制系统存在零点确定延时及DSP程序运行效率较低等不足,针对原有的励磁控制系统存在问题,对励磁控制系统设计进行改进并加入非线性PI闭环励磁控制算法.介绍了154T直流自卸车的电气组成及励磁控制原理,阐述了新励磁控制电路与原有控制电路的区别,给出了主控制电路与触发电路,并讲述了非线性PI闭环励磁控制算法在电动轮自卸车励磁控制系统中的应用.新的励磁控制系统在直流自卸车上进行了试验,试验波形表明此次改进的励磁控制系统能很好地满足了154T直流自卸车的要求,具有较高的实用价值.
154T DC dump truck original microcomputer- based excitation control system has some problems: the zero lack delay, the efficiency of the DSP program is low. To solve these problems, the improvement of design for excitation control is implemented and closed - loop excitation control nonlinear PI algorithm is added. This paper introduces electrical components and excitation control principle for the 154T DC dump truck, elaborates the difference between the improved excitation control circuit and the original control circuit, presents the main control circuit and trigger circuit, and describes the application of nonlinear PI algorithm for closed - loop excitation control in electrical wheels dump truck excitation control system. Test of excitation control system is conducted on DC dump truck, and test waveforms show that the improved excitation control system has a high practical value, and meets the requirements of 154T DC dump truck excitation control well.
