重症肌无力患者血清免疫球蛋白水平与预后的关系 被引量:7

摘要 目的通过检测重症肌无力患者血清中免疫球蛋白(IgM、IgA、IgG、IgE)的水平,探讨其与重症肌无力预后的关系。方法以31例重症肌无力患者为研究对象,采用免疫比浊法检测血清IgM、IgA、IgG、IgE的水平。结合患者住院时间与危象发生的情况进行相关分析。结果各住院时间组及各危象组组间的血清免疫球蛋白(IgM、IgA、IgG、IgE)水平差异无统计学意义;多重线性回归分析提示IgM与年龄、危象发生、住院时间均相关,回归方程有统计学意义。结论血清中免疫球蛋白(IgM、IgA、IgG、IgE)不能作为重症肌无力病情、疗效的唯一评价指标,但IgM对重症肌无力的预后有一定参考意义。 Objective To investigate the prognostic significance of of serum immune globulin(IgM,IgA,IgG and IgE) levels for patients with myasthenia gravis(MG).Methods The serum IgM,IgA,IgG and IgE were measured in 31 MG patients by immunoturbidimetry for the analysis of correlation between the prognosis and serum immune globulin.Results There was no significant difference in immune globulin levels among patients with different hospital stay lengths or between the patients with or without crisis.According to multiple regression analysis,the IgM was significantly correlated with the age,crisis onset and the hospital stay length in MG patients.Conclusion Serum IgM,IgA,IgG and IgE can't provide sufficient prognostic value of patient with MG,though IgM is relevant to some aspects of prognosis.
