摘要
用渗漉法获取石油醚提取液,经活性炭脱色得到挥发性成分,然后采用气相色谱-质谱联用技术分析其成分.结果表明:提取并分离出17种化合物,鉴定了其中14种化合物,占总油量的97.38%;岭南山竹子茎皮的挥发性成分主要以饱和的烷烃及脂肪酸为主,其中烷烃占6.93%,脂肪酸占78.97%.
In the report, the percolation was performed to extract petroleum ether, the decoloration was performed with activated charcoal to obtain volatile components, and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) was used to analyze its components. The results indicated that 17 compounds were obtained from the oil ,and 14 of them were identified,which accounted for over 97.38% of the oils. The major volatile components in the shem of Gar- cinia oblongifolia were N-alkane and fatty acid, which account for 6.93% and 78.97%, respectively.
