摘要
对高校师资队伍评价指标的选择和评价方法的选取进行了深入的思考和详细的讨论,在此基础上创建了以层次分析法和模糊综合评价法相结合的算法模型,并验证了算法的可行性.
In the report, the choices of evaluation index and evaluation method of cussed, an AHP analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation universities faculty were dismethod combining algorithm model were constructed, and the feasibility of the algorithm was confirmed.
