模块化视角下大型客机产业升级路径研究

Study on the Upgrade Path of Large Passenger Aircraft Industry under the Perspective of Modular Theory

大型客机研制体现了一个国家经济实力、工业制造和科技水平。结合模块化理论和产业链理论,分析了大型客机产业链的模块层次结构,提炼出大型客机产业链升级的一般轨迹,即由工艺流程升级、产品升级到品牌升级;总结了产业链升级的方式,包括转包生产、风险合作、企业联盟和自主研制;归纳了大型客机产业升级的3种路径:逐步替代升级、联盟追随升级和跨越赶超升级,并提出我国大飞机产业升级的相关对策。

The research and development of large aircraft reflects the level of a country’s economy,manufacturing industry and technology.Combined the theory of modular and that of industry chain,the module hierarchy is analyzed,and the general trajectory involving from process,product to the brand,is extracted.The upgrades ways including subcontracting,cooperative venture,alliances and independent research,are summarized,and three paths are proposed which are the gradual replacement,the league establish to follow,the leaping-frog to catch up with the leader.At last,the specific countermeasures are put forward to develop Chinese large aircraft industrial chain.
