摘要
产业共生是生态工业园实现循环经济、低碳经济的有效途径,共生效率评价是生态工业理论研究的重要内容之一。本文在国内外生态工业园产业共生评价研究的基础上,对园区产业共生效率的内涵进行界定,综合考虑能源、资源、环境、经济以及产业共生稳定性5个方面的影响因素,建立了包含14个指标的生态工业园区产业共生效率的量化评价指标体系和方法,并以日照生态工业园和信发生态工业园为例,对园区产业共生效率进行评价和对比分析,依据评价结果提出了提高园区产业共生效率的建议,为今后生态工业园区的产业共生发展提供参考。
Industrial symbiosis is an effective way to achieve circle economy and low-carbon economy in eco-industrial parks(EIPs).The evaluation of symbiotic efficiency is an important part of the research of eco-industrial theory.In this paper,the connotation of symbiosis efficiency in EIPs is defined based on the research of symbiosis evaluation in EIPs from both domestic and abroad.Considering synthetically about energy sources,natural resources,environment,economy,stability of industrial chains,it establishes the quantitative evaluating model of symbiosis efficiency in EIPs,which includes 14 indicators.Based on the example of Rizhao EIPs and Xinfa EIPs,it gives contrastive analysis of symbiosis efficiency in different kinds of EIPs.According to the result of evaluation,it makes recommendations to increase symbiosis efficiency in the EIPs and to improve the development of EIPs.
