摘要
本文在理论研究的基础上,提出软件外包企业技术能力的指标体系,以及外部知识获取路径与技术能力成长的关系模型,运用层次分析法对3种外部知识获取路径的贡献进行评价,结果显示,人才引进与培训是提升软件外包企业技术能力的最优路径。最重要的4个子技术能力中,人才引进与培训最适于提升项目管理能力、需求分析能力及项目规模化解决能力,直接的外部知识获取能帮助企业快速掌握方案行业知识。
The research is based on the study of theory,and puts forward the software outsourcing enterprise technical ability index system,as well as the external knowledge acquisition path and technical capacity growth relation model,using the AHP of three kinds of external knowledge acquisition path.The contribution of evaluation and the results showed that the talent introduction and training which is to enhance the software outsourcing enterprise technical ability is the best path.According to the most important son technical ability,the most optimal external knowledge acquisition path is also different.To the project management capacity,it’s demanded to analysis ability and ability to solve large scale project for talent introduction and the training of the best path.The plan for industry knowledge can help external knowledge acquisition directly.
