血管内皮生长因子C在肿瘤中的作用

摘要 血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）是血管内皮细胞特异的分裂原,能特异地刺激内皮细胞分裂与增殖,促进血管的生长。VEGF-C是VEGF家族中的一员。许多研究结果表明在肿瘤组织中可见肿瘤周边新生的淋巴管、扩张的淋巴管、有癌栓的淋巴管和有肿瘤转移的淋巴结内淋巴管内皮细胞的血管内皮生长因子受体3（VEGFR-3）呈高表达，
