乌蒙山区免费师范生培养模式探索——以云南昭通学院为例

On the Training Patterns of Free Education for Normal University Students in Wu Meng Mountainous Area——A Fact Study of Zhaotong University

免费师范生政策是中央为促进教育发展与教育公平采取的一项重大政策措施。昭通学院作为一所地方本科院校,立足地方经济社会发展,借鉴国家免费师范生政策,从昭通市的特殊市情出发,积极探索地方高校免费师范生培养模式,为乌蒙山区和其它欠发达地区的地方高校实施免费师范生培养教育提供了可供参考的借鉴。

The policy of providing tuition-free education for normal university students is an important policy adopted by central government which is aimed at promoting the development and the fairness of education. As a local university, Zhaotong University is actively engaged in exploring the training patterns of free education for local teacher college ~ s students according to state policy and the special conditions of Zhaotong city. It has provided some suggestions for refer- ence relating to the implementation of free education for local teacher college＇s students in Wu Meng mountainous area and other less-developed areas.
