摘要
采用半导体WO3复合的改性方法,以钛酸丁酯为主要原料,在室温下,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备WO3-TiO2复合光催化剂.WO3-TiO2光催化剂经350 W氙灯照射后,用分光光度计测量光催化降解反应后亚甲基蓝溶液的吸光度,考察其光催化活性;考察钨掺杂量、煅烧温度、冰乙酸用量等对光催化活性的影响.结果表明:在WO3摩尔分数1.5%,煅烧温度500℃,冰乙酸用量3 mL时,能够有效提高TiO2光催化剂光催化活性.
The semiconductor WO3 composite modification methods were used to make the WO3-TiO2 composite photocatalyst, by taking dibutyl phthalate as the main raw material, at room temperature, and using sol-gel method. After WO3-TiO2 photocatalyst was exposured by 350 W xenon lamp, spectrophotometer was used to measure photocatalytic degradation reaction absorbance, and the doping amount, calcining temperatures and glacial acetic acid dosage were inspected to investigate their influence on light catalytic activity. The results showed that the WO3 of molar doping content was 1.5 %, calcining temperature at 500℃, and glacial acetic acid dosage was 3 mL, which could effectively improve the TiO2 photocatalyst light catalytic activity.
