太宁栓与湿润烧伤膏治疗混合痔术后的疗效对比

Efficacy Comparison of Titanoreine Suppository and Moist Burn Ointment Used for Treatment after Mixed Hemorrhoids Operation

目的对比太宁栓与湿润烧伤膏用于吻合器痔上黏膜环切术(PPH)治疗混合痔术后的疗效。方法将2011年2月至2012年10月医院诊治的120例混合痔患者,随机分为对照组(湿润烧伤膏)和观察组(太宁栓塞肛),每组60例,治疗14 d后对两组临床疗效及创面愈合情况进行观察和比较。结果与对照组相比,观察组总有效率(95.00%对比75.00%)、创面完全愈合率(95.00%对比83.30%)均明显升高(P<0.05)。结论混合痔术后应用太宁栓治疗的疗效显著,有利于创面愈合,值得临床推广。

Objective To compare the efficacies of Titanoreine Suppository and Moist Burn Ointment used for the treatment after the procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids（PPH）in mixed hemorrhoids. Methods 120 patients with mixed hemorrhoids in our hospital from February 2011 to October 2012 were randomized into the control group（Moist Burn Ointment） and the observation group（Titanoreine Suppository）,60 cases per group. The clinical efficacy and wound healing after 14 d treatment were observed and compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the total effective rate and the wound entirely healing rate in the observation group were significantly increased with statistical difference（95.00% vs tanoreine Suppository for the treatment after mixed hemorrhoid operation and worthy of clinical promotion. 75.00% ; 95.00% vs. 83.30% , P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Ti- has significant effect, which is beneficial to the wound healing
