纳米技术的复杂性和不确定性及其意义认知

摘要 目前世界各国科技界和决策者表明,纳米研究正在孕育着一场新的科技革命。科学共同体内部的纳米研究纲领在于,在纳米尺度上认识和操作物质,将会达到人类一切科技领域的庞大汇聚,并能赋予人类以整体改善生活和脱离自然限制的美好承诺。但必须要看到,纳米研究的主旨是纳米技术操作,它在学科和操作上的复杂性远远超过了任何科技领域,其不确定性表明美好的未来承诺并非没有问题。将其纳入意义认知视野,是要通过揭示纳米技术的复杂性和不确定性,呈现其广泛的自然和社会意义,以发挥哲学的技术批判功能,对目前主流的纳米技术研究纲领进行思考,重塑纳米技术的可选择性,由此进入人与世界的工具关系中,推进纳米技术的视觉化战略,使公众参与纳米技术治理,推动纳米技术的意义建构发展。 Currently the world scientific community and breeding a new scientific and technological revolution. In nano decision makers determine that nano research is research program within the scientific community, understanding and the operation of matter at the nanometer scale, will reach a large gathering of all human science and technology, and give promise to improve the overall human life and to separate from the limit of the nature. But it must be seen that the nature or purpose of nano research is nanotechnology, which is far more complex than any scientific or technical fields so far as the subject and the operation are concerned, its uncertainty reveals that the fu- ture commitment is not without problems. The significance of cognitive view, is to reveal the complexity and uncer- tainty of nanotechnology, presents its extensive natural and social significance, in order to perform the function of criticism of philosophy of technology, to think about the mainstream nanoteehnology research program, to reshape the selectivity of nanotechnology, thus entering the instrumental relationship between human being and the world, promoting the visual strategies of the development of nanotechnology, and the public participation in nanotechnology governance, promoting the construction of the meaning of the development of Nanotechnology
