农业领域温室气体排放增长快、减排潜力大以及较高的生态脆弱性等决定了其在全球气候谈判中的地位随着国际应对气候变化努力的发展而日渐提升。虽然目前对农业议题的关注度仍然和农业在应对气候变化中的重要性不完全相称,但是农业在全球气候谈判中的地位已经大为提升。农业在气候谈判中地位的变化对气候谈判产生了重大而深远的影响。然而鉴于一系列不确定因素的存在,农业议题在全球气候谈判中地位的上升及其影响尚有待进一步观察。

Due to large GHG emission in agricultural field and its rapid increasing trend as well as its promising reduction potential, agriculture has gradually entered climate arena with the development of international climate negotiation. Though agriculture is still in a comparatively marginal position in international climate negotiation now,its position ahs been greatly promoted. The increasing position of agriculture in international climate negotia- tion has great and profound implications for the future. However, due to several unconfirmed {actors, the future po- sition of agriculture and its impact on international climate negotiation need to be further studied.
