摘要
基于多种考虑,保障性住房政策正在逐步成为国家稳定房地产市场、改善中低收入群体福利的关键调控手段,河南省住房保障体系多年来取得了一定的成就,但也存在一些问题。下一步,如何利用市场手段破解保障房的融资难题,如何让保障性住房的分配更公平、公开等应该成为我们研究的重点课题。
Based on various considerations, the policy of ensuring housing is becoming the key control means to stabilize realestate market and improve the welfare of groups with mid and low incomes. In Henan province, although the policy of housing ensuring system has made some achievements, it still has some problems. The next step is to focus on how to solve problems in financing by market means and how to keep a fair and open distribution of ensuring housing.
