翻译方法取决于翻译目的、对象和语篇类型,直译和意译要根据实际情况作选择。音译是直译的一种类型,用于翻译专有名词和具有浓郁文化色彩的词语,"饭没了秀"不能让普通观众明白其内涵,此种音译有些不妥。电视节目名称中英文翻译的目的是帮助普通观众更好地理解节目内涵,不能以吸引眼球而大玩噱头。
