将音乐运用于大学生心理健康教育研究

The Application of Music on the Psychological Health Education of Undergraduates

大学生正处在从青少年向成人的转化期,他们热情奔放,接受能力强。但是当今社会激烈的竞争、多元的思想观念以及就业的压力使得许多大学生出现不同程度的心理问题。作为一名从事音乐教育及大学生思想政治教育的教师,笔者发现将音乐运用于大学生心理健康教育的工作中,对提高大学生的心理素质发挥着意想不到的作用。

University students are in the transformation period from teenages to adults, and they are full of enthusiasm and have strong receptivity. But nowadays the crucial social competition, pluralistic ideas and the employment pressure make many students appear different degrees of psychological problems. As a teacher engaged in music education and University students＇ Ideological and political education, the author find that it play an unexpected role to to improve the psychological quality of students to apply the music in the psychological health education of undergraduates.
