育人为本视阈下的高校校园网络文化建设和管理探微

Exploration on Campus Network cultural Construction and Management in Universities from the perspective of Cultivation-Orientation

中国现有的5.38亿网民中,学生网民接近1/3。作为网上人数较多、较为活跃的群体,大学生的政治态度、价值取向、道德观念、心理发展与行为模式等深受网络文化的影响。如何驾驭和把握高校校园网络文化建设和管理的规律和特点,充分发挥校园网络文化的育人功能,不断提升网络育人的科学化水平,是当前加强和改进大学生思想政治教育工作亟待解决的重大课题。通过分析高校校园网络文化的定位,梳理校园网络文化建设和管理面临的新情况、新问题,探讨建设和管理中应处理好的几对关系,提出了加强和完善高校校园网络文化建设和管理的几点对策。

There are 538 million Internet users, among which students are almost one-third. As the the group with large number and activity, college students＇ political attitudes, value orientation, moral concepts, mental development and behavior pattern are greatly influenced by network culture. It is the urgent issue in strengthening and improving the ideological and political education to handle and grasp the regularity and characteristics of campus network culture construction and management, give full play to the educational function of campus network culture, constantly promote the scientific level of network education. Throughthe analysis of the position of college campus network culture and combing the new situation and new problem in campus network cultural construction and management, this paper discusses several pairs of relations in construction and management which should be handle, and puts forward several countermeasures to strengthen and perfect the campus network culture construction and management.
