频繁换帅与中国女排伦敦奥运会失利的思考

Thoughts on the Frequent Changing of Head Coach of CWNVT and its Failure in London Olympic Game

为了使中国女排早日走出危机,对中国女排频繁换帅事件及问题进行回顾与分析,认为中国女排频繁换帅导致伦敦奥运会失利具有深刻的根源:一是选帅用帅暗藏换帅危机;二是成绩压力不堪负重;三是发展定位前景不明.提出:科学论证,优化选帅用帅考核机制;淡看成绩落差,轻装上阵重拾信心;定位于可持续发展,重建中国女排蓝图等建议.

In order to help the Chinese Women’s National Volleyball Team（CWNVT） get out of crisis,the paper looks back on the event of frequent changing of head coach,analyzing its present situation and problems.It holds that there are deep sources for this crisis： the first one is that the choosing of the head coach for the CWNVT is likely to cause crisis： the second one is that the pressure of getting a good result is overwhelming;the third one is that CWNVT is not very clear about its future goal.In order to solve the problem,the paper puts forward some advice： work out a more scientific mechanism of choosing the head coach;calmly deal with the falling of the result of CWNVT;pay special attention to the sustainable development of CWNVT.
