Analysis on University Librarians'Cultivation Based on Z-Theory

基于Z理论的先进理念,讨论了高校图书馆复合型人才的培养工作,通过深刻解读高校图书馆员、部门与工作之间的复杂关系,提出培养创新人才的具体途径,包括馆员与部门之间的协调、实践锻炼、培养专业技能与提高素质、完善考核机制等方法,期望对高校图书馆的人才建设提供一些借鉴。

Based on the advanced concepts of Z-theory, this paper discusses the cultivation of compound talents in university library, and through the profound interpretation of the complicated relationship among university＇s librarians, departments and works, puts forward some concrete paths for cultivating the innovative talents including the coordination between the librarians and departments, the practical exercises, the development of professional skills and the improvement of qualities, and the perfection of evaluation mechanism, etc., hoping to provide some references for the personnel development of university library.
