摘要
新时期高校图书馆查新站传统的服务模式已不适应时代发展的要求。结合营销观念,从高校内部和外部两个方面探讨了高校图书馆查新站形象营销的策略和手段,以提高服务质量,满足用户需求,并提升查新站的整体形象和品牌。
In the new period, the traditional service mode of university library's novelty search station has not adapted to the requirement of era development. Connecting with the marketing concept, this paper probes into the strategies and methods for university library's image marketing from two aspects of inside and outside the university for improving the service quality, meet reader' s demand, and improve the overall image and brand of novelty search station.
