The library of secondary vocational school, which is an important part of campus culture construction,exerts a subtle influence on the philosophy and values has of the students of secondary vocational school. This paper analyzes the functions of the library of secondary vocational school in the construction of campus culture, and connecting with the work practice, puts forward some measures for the library of secondary vocational school to participate in the campus culture construction.
