摘要
研究了读者到图书馆借阅图书的心理需求和行为特性,指出图书馆只有从满足读者阅读需求上提高服务质量,才能吸引读者、留住读者,才能体现图书馆保存图书的意义,才能实现图书馆社会价值的最大化。
This paper studies the psychological needs and behavior characteristics of the readers who borrow books in the library, and points out that the library must improve its service quality from meeting readersj reading and read demands, can it attract and retain the readers, give expression to the significance of its preservation of books, and realize the maximization of its social value.
