阿司匹林抵抗及其遗传学和药物学分析
摘要
对阿司匹林作用机理、抵抗机制、遗传多态性和药物相互作用的调查研究不仅有助于阐明阿司匹林抵抗的发生机制,同时也为患者选择合理有效的药物疗法、实现个体化的治疗策略以及正确的临床评估提供理论基础。
