基础预埋是指在机械设备安装就位前,将地脚螺栓等预埋件按照设计要求的精度预制在混凝土基础中。QD128燃气轮机发电机组伊拉克项目中基础预埋工作要求精度高、施工环境高温炎热、现场物资匮乏、没有有效的工装,对预埋工作造成了较大困难。此案例是对高精度基础预埋工作的一次成功的探索。它详细介绍了在这种特殊的环境下基础预埋工作的工装解决方案、工艺过程以及精度控制方法,对其它机组及相关设备的精度预埋工作具有指导和借鉴性意义。
The base embedding means embedding the anchor bolts in the concrete base according to designed accuracy before the e- quipment installation. In the QD128 gas turbine generator project in Iraq, the embedded accuracy is required highly, with high envi- ronmental temperature,little material and few efficient tools,which is a great difficulty. This example is a successful exploration in base embedding work, detailed in tools solution, process and accuracy control in base embedding work in such special environment, with significance of direction and reference in the embedding work of other relative equipments.
