摘要
阴坪水电站外挂钢罩气垫式调压室是依靠在钢筋混凝土表面贴一层钢板封闭气体产生作用,同时,在气室的边墙、顶拱、端头设置平压腔,平压腔与平压腔之间浇筑宽度为3.8 m的钢筋混凝土,厚0.7 m,平压腔宽1 m,并在平压腔内左、右各打一排φ50的平压孔,平压孔按1.5 m布置一个孔,孔深入围岩5 m,平压腔用钢板封闭,采用外挂钢罩将气室气体渗漏有效地控制在设计范围内。
The air cushion surge chamber with add-on steel cover at Yinping hydropower station is operated depending on air sealed by a steel plate on the surface of reinforced concrete.Meanwhile pressure equalizing cavities are formed in the surge chamber side walls,arch crowns and end sockets.The pressure equalizing cavities are separated by 3.8m long reinforced concrete with thickness 0.7m.The width of pressure equalizing cavity is 1m.Pressure equalizing holes with diameter of 50mm are placed every 1.5m on both sides of cavity and every hole must go 5m deep in the rock wall.The pressure equalizing cavities are sealed by steel plate.Air leakage is effectively controlled in design limit by use of add-on steel cover.
