摘要
武陵山区生态条件优越,有利于优质茶叶的形成。成品茶香气高、色泽好、口感佳,且具有茶多酚含量较高(尤其是EGCG)的特点,保健价值较高。本文提出建设湖南武陵山片区优质茶叶产业,首先要科学的制定产业发展规划,其次要从茶树品种、茶园栽培和茶叶生产方式等方面加强研究。
Wulingshan mountains have fine ecological system which helps make quality tea. The teas there have strong flavor, good color and nice taste, and also high tea polyphenols content especially EGCG. This article points out that to build the quality tea industry zone in Wulingshan mountains, Scientific development planning should be made as first step, and tea cultivars, planting and tea processing should be enhanced as second step.
