摘要
中豆 2 4和泰兴黑豆种子用无水 Ca Cl2 分别干燥至 1 0个不同的含水量水平 ,密封于玻璃瓶中 ,在50℃人工模拟老化条件下 3个月后 ,对种子活力和生理特性的测定结果表明 ,中豆 2 4和泰兴黑豆均适宜于超干燥保存 ,超干燥能明显延长种子寿命。 50℃人工模拟老化条件下超干燥保存的最佳水分含量 ,中豆 2 4为4 .2 % ,泰兴黑豆为 3.4 %
Soybean seeds of Zhongdou No.24 and Taixing Hedou were dried to ten different moisture contents using CaCl 2 then sealed and stored at 50℃ for three months. Changes of viability and vigour of the stored seeds have been monitored. The results showed that Zhongdou No.24 and Taixing Hedou were suitable for ultradry storage. The simulation results of seed aging under 50℃ indicated that the optimum moisture content for Zhongdou No.24 seeds ultradry storage was 4.2%, for Taixing Hedou seeds ultradry storage was 3.4%.
