摘要
通过水培试验和室内分析相结合的方法研究了大豆根茬腐解液和营养液残液对大豆种子萌发和生长发育的影响。结果表明 ,与对照相比 ,营养液残液和根茬腐解液显著地抑制了大豆种子的萌发 ,表现在胚根长度显著降低 ,减少达 4 2 .51 %和 4 1 .79%。营养液残液和根茬腐解液均抑制了大豆的根系活力 ,表现在α-萘胺氧化酶活性降低 ,根系活跃吸收面积亦下降。同时 ,营养液残液、根茬腐解液使大豆植株的生物膜稳定性、保护系统受到破坏 。
The effect of decomposed liquids from soybean stubs (SSDL) and remnants of nutrient solution (NSR) on seeds germination and growth were investigated by solution culture experiments and chemical analysis indoor. The results showed: SSDL and NSR all inhibited the germination of soybean seeds, and reduced the soybean roots activities which embody in dropping of alpha naphthylamine oxidase and the active absorbed area of soybean roots. At the same time, SSDL and NSR damaged the structure of biomembranes which embody in increasing of the leaves relative electric conductivity.
