摘要
通过水培试验研究硼毒胁迫下油菜体内氮硼代谢之间的关系。结果表明 ,高硼胁迫下油菜根系活力减弱 ,膜透性增加 ,抑制了根系对氮的吸收 ,使作物体内硝态氮含量锐减 ;高硼胁迫还影响油菜体内氮的运输 ,最终导致蛋白质合成受阻 ;高硼胁迫下硝酸还原酶活性显著下降 ,油菜体内氨态氮积累 。
Solution culture method was used to study on the effects of high boron stress on nitrogen metabolism of oilseed. The results showed that high boron stress reduced the contents of nitrate nitrogen, protein nitrogen and the activity of NR. It indicated that high boron stress affect the root vitility and the root permeability which limit the roots from absorbing nitrogen in soil.
