化学教学绩效:基于影响因素的分析与改进 被引量:1

摘要 化学教学绩效的影响因素是多重的,主要从化学教学的三要素(教师、学生、教学中介系统)对化学教学绩效的影响出发,深入剖析了它们各自对化学教学绩效的具体影响,并提出了以下几个化学教学绩效提升的策略:化学教师专业知识的提升;有效落实教师教育技能培训;高效地利用化学教学资源;打造过硬的化学教研团队;建立科学的绩效激励机制。
