切花衰老与保鲜技术研究综述

A Research Summary of Cut Flower Senescene and its Preservation Technology

全面回顾了近年来国内切花采后生理与技术方面的研究概况。归纳了切花开花和衰老生理、保鲜剂作用机制、几种大宗切花的贮运保鲜技术等方面的研究成果 ,并提出了今后主要的研究方向。

This paper gives a thorough review of the research on postharvest technology and physiology of cut flowers in China. Research results are summarized in the aspects of storage and transportation techniques, action mechanism of preservation chemicals, and opening and sensecene physiology of cut flowers. This paper also presents the authors' opinion on further research on postharvest technology and physiology of cut flowers.
