摘要
为了解萘胺类化合物 CRL缓解家蚕氟中毒的机理 ,研究了 CRL对氟中毒家蚕幼虫血淋巴中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶 (GSH- Px)活性的影响 .正常的家蚕 5龄幼虫血淋巴 GSH- Px在龄的中期活性较强 ,龄初和龄末活性较弱 .幼虫添食 15mmol/L的 Na F溶液后 ,GSH- Px活性显著增强 ,经 CRL添食处理后 ,GSH- Px的活性有所下降 .经 CRL和增效剂协同处理后 GSH-
