This paper is proceeding an in-depth analysis on features of star wheel of sintering machine,then design a reasonable packaging device.This device can solve the packaging problems of this kind product and meet the requirements of stability during transportation, thus it ensures the safety of the process of lifting and transportation without any damage,in the same time this device is suited to various transport forms.
