大学时代是一个人人生观和价值观形成的重要时期。大学生活与高中生活完全不同,需要发生很大的转变,从完全依赖父母转变为自己独立生活;从接受老师不厌其烦的灌输转变为以自身自主学习为主等等。这其间的转变是巨大的,学生需要班导师的帮助才能顺利实现,所以就对班导师的工作提出了更高的要求。班导师首先要做的就是无障碍的与学生沟通,把握学生的思想脉搏,指引正确方向。该文就导师如何与学生进行沟通,走进学生的内心世界,实现同学生的交流、对话,最终做好思想教育工作,进行了初步的阐述和探析。

The college times is an important period in which students＇ living and worth views are forming. They need to face the great changes that from being totally dependent on their parents to standing up themselves and from accepting teachers patient giving to learning autonomously and etc. because of great differences between college life and senior middle school life .The changes are so bigger that students need tutor＇s help to accomplish it. So the tutor of class is put forward to higher demand. First of all tutor must be accessible to communicate with students freely and grasp the pulse of the student＇s thoughts and give them right directions. This paper make a preliminary exploration on how does the tutor of class exchange with students, come into the students＇ heart world, achieve the communication with the students, so that the teacher can do the students ideological education well.
