提升计划工作中的操作分配效率

提升电网供电可靠性,一直以来都是国网公司不断努力的方向之一。随着城市生产和生活水平的不断提升,各类用电客户对于供电可靠性的要求也在不断提高。调度部门在日常工作中协调着各个操作部门进行计划停役及复役,然而目前的传统调度分配已逐渐不能满足于电网供电可靠性的要求,该文提出了一种提高操作部门分配效率的方法,可有效的节约在停复役中消耗的时间,从而提升电网供电可靠性。
