摘要
按照《劳动合同法》的要求,社区卫生服务机构作为用人单位必须与劳动者签订书面的劳动合同。本文就劳动合同必须具备的内容、试用期的相关规定、劳动合同的履行和变更、劳动合同的解除和终止以及关于非全日制用工、退休人员的聘用、见习合同等相关问题进行了论述。
The written labor contract should be signed between the community health service organizations as employer and the employees according to requirements of Labor Contract Law. This article reviews and discusses the related problems: the necessary contents of labor contract, relevant regulations in the probationary period, fulfillment and change of labor contract, termination and dissolution of labor contracts, part - time employment, employment of retirees and probationary contracts.
