哈拉哈塘油田节能降本增效益

摘要 目前,塔哈拉哈塘油田所有试采井均用单井发电机组供电。2012年1—9月试采发电费达6 440.3万元,成本形势严峻。随着投产井数的持续增加,试采发电成本的不断上升,油田采取了两项举措:试采井用燃气替代燃油发电;核实单井实际负荷,调整发电机组功率。2012年试采发电实施"燃油改燃气"、"大小马力组合"项目后,截至2012年9月20日,节约柴油5226 t(节能量为7960 t标准煤),节约发电费3919万元,节能降本效果显著。 The electricity supply for production test wells of Halahatang oilfield used the single well generator to supply power.The power generation cost for production test is up to 6 440.3×104 Yuan RMB from January to September 2012.The power generation cost for production test is rising continually as the number of production well increases.Two measures have been taken in oilfield,such as power generation for production test well use gas instead of fuel oil and the power of generator has been adjusted according to the actual load of single well.5226 tons of diesel have been saved,3919×104 Yuan RMB of power generation cost has been saved until the 20 September 2012 by implementing 'gas instead of fuel oil' and 'big/small horsepower combination' project.The effects of energy-saving and cost-reducing are remarkable.
