The “Forest Space” in Modern Finnish Architecture

三位芬兰现代建筑发展史上有继承关系的重要建筑师,三座再现"森林空间"的经典建筑作品,用全然不同的方式表现同一自然主题,却再现了"森林"在芬兰历史发展中的三段感情:追忆家园——拾掇荒原——重回发源地。因此,"森林空间"不仅使建筑落成的时代背景浮现,更使它成为芬兰各历史时期精神内力的深度表达。三个芬兰森林空间的建筑代表作,都主要由竖向垂直构件构成建筑的主体空间,在相似手法的不同建筑中却表现出截然不同的空间氛围。因此,芬兰对"森林"意象的精神性挖掘使得芬兰空间获得概念实施的深度。

Three important architects who have inherited relationships in Finnish modern architectural history, three classical architectural works represent the Forest Space, provide us with very different ways to express the same natural theme, but also reappear three phases of emotion in the ＂forest＂ with the development of Finnish history： remembrance of homes-- repairing wilderness-- returning to the cradle. Therefore, the ＂forest space＂ not only conformed to the historical background when those buildings were constructed, it also expressed the inner spirit from the depth of different periods of Finnish history. Three architectural masterpieces of Finnish forest space were constructed mainly by vertical elements, but have shown distinct spatial atmosphere in each building with similar technique. Therefore, the mental excavation of the ＇forest＇ image by Finland has made Finnish space deeply expressed and implemented.
