摘要
玉米植株叶片在水分胁迫下 ,活性氧代谢平衡失调。随着胁迫强度的增加 ,O÷2 和H2 O2 大量产生 ,导致叶绿素氧化破坏。光合受抑在中度至重度胁迫时 ,非气孔因素中活性氧伤害起主导作用。
The changes of chlorophyll(chl) contents,photosynthetic rate,O 2 production and H 20 2 contents in maize (Zea mays L.) leaves under water stress were investigated to explore the relationship between photosynthetic timitation and active oxygen effect.Under water Stress,active Oxygen metabolic balance in corn leaves was broken down and chl degradation was accompanied by the increase of O 2 production rate and H 20 2 contents;Under severe water stress,active oxygen damage effect was one of the main factors affecting the photosynthesis of leaves.The results also showed that the drought-resistant hybrid had stronger tolerant ability to oxidative injury than the drought-susceptible hybrid.
