住区商业街规划模式探析——以郑州市住区商业街为例

Study on the Planning Modes of Community Commercial Streets:Case Study of Community Commercial Streets in Zhengzhou

随着我国住宅建设的飞速发展,住区商业设施越来越多地采用商业街的形式。住区商业街在继承传统商业配套功能的同时,又有着自身的特点,在规划设计中呈现出多模式、多样化的趋势。该文以郑州地区的住区商业街为例,总结出它的几种规划模式,并分析各个规划模式的特点和它所适用的住区类型。希望能在设计住区商业街时,对住区商业街规划模式的选择提出一些建议。

With the rapid development of residential construction in China, commercial street is wildly used in community. It does not only inherit the traditional function in tradition business, but also has its own characteristics. It shows a trend of diversification. Taking community commercial streets in Zhengzhou city for example, we generalize several planning modes and analyze the characteristics of the modes and the type to communities, then we give some suggests about the choice of mode to community commercial street.
